Goalkeeper

Daan Reiziger (Telstar) 8.8

Reiziger was in superb form between the sticks for Telstar, as the Eredivisie strugglers earned a crucial away point against Go Ahead Eagles.

Despite conceding late on, the Dutch shot-stopper made 10 saves throughout the contest, preventing a further 1.27 xG.

Defence

James Justin (Leeds) 8.9

Leeds boosted their hopes of Premier League survival with a commanding 3-1 victory at home to relegation rivals Nottingham Forest on Friday night.

Justin was influential at both ends of the pitch for Daniel Farke's side, creating a game-high three big chances, while also winning 75% of his aerial duels.

Pierre Kalulu (Juventus) 8.8

There was plenty of drama at the Allianz Stadium, as Juventus recovered from a two-goal deficit to snatch a last-gasp draw against Lazio.

Centre-back Kalulu was the unlikely saviour for the Bianconeri, with the Frenchman rising highest in the six-yard box to head home from Jeremie Boga’s cross deep into stoppage time.

Nuno Mendes (PSG) 9.2

Mendes enjoyed a Le Classique to remember, as PSG returned to the Ligue 1 summit with a 5-0 thrashing of fourth-placed Marseille.

Not only did the Portuguese full-back provide the pass for Dembele’s opener, but he also won 89% of ground duels and completed all four of his dribbles in a brilliant all-round display.

Midfield

Cole Palmer (Chelsea) 9.8

Chelsea talisman Palmer was back to his match-winning best on Saturday afternoon, inspiring the Blues to a convincing 3-1 win at rock-bottom Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The 23-year-old scored twice from the spot before rifling a finish into the roof of the net to complete his treble - becoming the only player in Premier League history to score three hat-tricks in the first half of a match.

Gorka Guruzeta (Athletic Club) 9.3

Guruzeta helped ease Athletic Club’s relegation fears in LaLiga with a timely brace in the Lions’ 4-2 home triumph over Levante.

The Spaniard opened the scoring with a close-range header, before doubling his tally just five minutes later via a composed finish into the bottom corner.

Nadiem Amiri (Mainz) 9.5

Mainz’s impressive recent form in the Bundesliga continued over the weekend, with Urs Fischer’s side cruising to a 2-0 victory over Augsburg to make it three league wins on the bounce.

Crucial to their success was the performance of Amiri in midfield, as the German converted both goals from the penalty spot, while winning five ground duels and creating a further big chance.

Federico Dimarco (Inter) 9.2

Dimarco recorded a hat-trick of assists in Inter’s 5-0 dismantling of Sassuolo, with the 28-year-old moving up to 17 goal contributions for the season in Serie A (5G, 12A).

In addition to his attacking threat, the wing-back also won three ground duels and completed 87% of his passes during the one-sided contest.

Attack

Ousmane Dembele (PSG) 9.2

Ballon d'Or winner Dembele starred once again for PSG, as the Frenchman's first-half brace inspired the Parisians to a dominant Le Classique triumph.

Dembele's second goal - a superb solo run and unerring finish into the roof of the net - underlined his world-class status, while he also provided an assist for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

Donyell Malen (Roma) 9.2

Gian Piero Gasperini’s Roma boosted their hopes of a top-four finish in Serie A after a relatively routine 2-0 victory at home to Cagliari.

Aston Villa loanee Malen was the hero for the Giallorossi, with the Dutchman scoring his first two goals at the Stadio Olimpico to immediately endear himself to the Roma supporters.

Luis Diaz (Bayern Munich) 10

Completing the forward line is the in-form Diaz, who continued his remarkable debut campaign in Bavaria with a first hat-trick for Vincent Kompany’s side.

The Colombian wreaked havoc in the Hoffenheim defence during Bayern's 5-1 triumph, winning a pair of penalties for Harry Kane to convert before scoring three times himself to earn a richly deserved perfect 10 rating.

That’s now 18 goals in all competitions for Diaz this season, who has taken his game to the next level following last year's big-money move from Liverpool.
