The ways of FC Copenhagen and Dutch-Greek defender Pantelis Hatzidiakos are set to part after the Danish giants reportedly reached an agreement with PAOK.

According to Tipsbladet's Farzam Abdolhosseini, Hatzidiakos is set to join PAOK Saloniki on a permanent deal. The Greek giants are said to pay €1.5 million (11 million dk.) for Hatzidiakos, who will undergo his medical in Greece later this week.

Hatzidiakos, 29, joined FC Copenhagen on loan from Cagliari in 2024, after which Byens Hold made the move permanent for a reported €1.5 million.

The Dutch-Greek centre-half won the domestic double with Copenhagen in the 2024/25 season, but endured a much more disappointing campaign the year after, with the record champions falling as far as seventh in the Superliga table and having to play in the relegation play-offs.

Hatzidiakos started in 19 of Copenhagen's 22 games in the regular season, but only started in six of their last 14 games across the regular season and play-offs.

In total, Hatzidiakos, who's under contract in Denmark until 2028, played 85 games for FC Copenhagen, scoring 5 goals along the way.

The 41-time Greek international spent the first nine seasons of his career with AZ in the Dutch Eredivisie before leaving for Serie A side Cagliari in 2023.
