An email by Golden State Warriors owner Joe Lacob was leaked in response to a fan voicing their frustrations with the team this past weekend.

The conversation took place between Lacob and Justin Dutari, a 27-year-old from Panama who has been a fan of the team over the past decade.

Dutari sent an email to Lacob airing out his problems with the team, to which Lacob responded, "You can't be as frustrated as me. I am working on it. It's complicated."

"Style of play. Coaches' desires regarding players. League trends. Jimmy (Butler) is not the problem."

Warriors' head coach Steve Kerr responded to the email controversy, saying, "It's not a big deal. Joe supports me. I support him."

This came just a day after a 136-131 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers, which Kerr followed up with, "I'm not doing my job well this year."

Golden State is 13-14 this season and are 4-6 in their last 10 games.

The team traded and signed for veteran forward Jimmy Butler last season. Butler has since averaged 19.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 5.0 assists in 23 of the Warriors' 27 games this season.

His points, assists, and steals (1.6) per game this season all rank second on the team.
