Almost three weeks have passed since Sunderland beat Newcastle 2-1 at St James' Park in round 31 of a gripping English Premier League season. Following breaks in play for World Cup 2026 qualifiers, international friendlies, and the quarter-finals of the FA Cup, the EPL title race is back. Round 32 takes supporters from Saturday morning through to Tuesday morning.

The action begins in East London when West Ham host Wolves in a relegation battle. We enjoy four matches on Saturday night, with another four played on Sunday night. The remaining game comes from Old Trafford on Tuesday morning, where Manchester Utd host Leeds Utd in a mouth-watering showdown.

To celebrate its return, major online bookmakers offer a feast of Premier League betting markets and specials. Fans can predict the winner of the live fixtures, aim higher by calling the first goalscorer or combine selections to create a weekend multi or Bet Builder. Need a helping hand? Frank Monkhouse presents his six data-led predictions for Round 32.

Arsenal vs Bournemouth, Saturday, 9:30pm AEST

Arsenal vs Bournemouth

A busy Saturday Premier League programme begins in North London. Leaders Arsenal aim to add another three points to their already impressive tally and move a step closer to the title when hosting lowly Bournemouth. The Gunners have won each of their last four, and enjoy a nine-point cushion over the Cherries, who have drawn each of their last five.

Arsenal won by the odd goal in five when these sides met at Dean Court early in January. That 3-2 result meant Arteta's title hopefuls ended a two-match losing streak against the Cherries, following 2-0 and 2-1 defeats. Interestingly, the head-to-head stats available at Flashscore show both teams scored in each of the previous two meetings, and in half of six.

Switching to the recent form of Arsenal, we see they played just two home league matches in March, beating Everton 2-0 and Chelsea 2-1. Andoni Iraola's visitors shared four goals with Man Utd in their last start. They've enjoyed a break since battling to a point that day and now face an opponent that was in Champions League action in midweek. Back BTTS again.

Tip: Both teams to score @ 1.80 (bet365)

Bet explanation: You need both Arsenal and Bournemouth to score at least once in Saturday night's match.

Burnley vs Brighton, Sunday, 0:00am AEST

Burnley vs Brighton

We move to one of the two Saturday midnight starts. Burnley opened the week second from bottom of the Premier League, with only Wolves beneath them in the pecking order. The locals start winless in five, following three defeats and two draws. They're just three points off the bottom and ten behind Tottenham in 17th. The pressure is mounting on Burnley.

Brighton are nine places above their hosts in mid-table. The Seagulls haven't been at their best in this campaign, but they'll do enough to protect their seat at the top table for another season at least. Brighton have won each of their last two and four of their previous five. They edged Sunderland 1-0 on the road, before upsetting Liverpool 2-1 at the end of March.

Burnley are a team that's fighting for their life in the Premier League. Brighton have settled nicely into midtable and can play with freedom. With the visitors just three points behind seventh, they still have plenty to aim at and will push for a European finish. Given both clubs' recent form, a bet on the away win is the smart approach. Add Brighton to your weekend accumulators.

Tip: Brighton to win @ 1.73 (bet365)

Bet explanation: If Brighton beat Burnley on the road, you beat the bookies.

Liverpool vs Fulham, Sunday, 2:30am AEST

Liverpool vs Fulham
Liverpool vs FulhamFlashscore

My third and final prediction from Saturday night's EPL fixture list comes from Anfield. Liverpool play Fulham under the bright lights. The home team are pre-match betting favourites with all major sportsbooks, but Arne Slot's team are winless in three. Three points is a must if they wish to keep pressure on Aston Villa and the top four.

Fulham travel from London to Merseyside, perched in mid-table. The team from the capital bring an even split of one win, one draw, and a defeat in their last three. They thrashed Burnley 3-1 at Craven Cottage, getting the job done against a side that has now lost 19 games. Fulham also took a point from Liverpool thanks to a 2-2 draw in January.

I focus on the Liverpool vs Fulham head-to-head when making a prediction. Did you know that both teams scored in each of the previous seven meetings, a run stretching back to August 2022? That trend is just too strong to ignore. The last meeting at Anfield ended 2-2, and Fulham are unbeaten against Liverpool in three. Add BTTS to your multis.

Tip: Both teams to score @ 1.57 (bet365)

Bet explanation: The match-winner isn't important here. You need both Liverpool and Fulham to find the net at least once.

Crystal Palace vs Newcastle, Sunday, 11:00pm AEST

Crystal Palace vs Newcastle
Crystal Palace vs NewcastleFlashscore

Moving to Sunday night, and the Premier League has four matches from London, Nottingham, and Sunderland. We start with an interesting showdown at Selhurst Park, where the Eagles play the Magpies. Crystal Palace hold home advantage, but lack consistency. They've won two, lost two, and drawn one of five. They were also in European action on Friday morning.

Newcastle started the season with high hopes, but they are another team that's struggled to balance playing in Europe with their EPL commitments. Three defeats and two wins in five does little to inspire confidence in an away win. Newcastle did beat Palace 2-0 at St James' Park in January, and haven't lost to Sunday's opponents in three, scoring eight goals.

With both clubs struggling for consistency, I pin my hopes on a player who arrives in fantastic form. Anthony Gordon has scored in each of his last three Premier League appearances. He found the net against Sunderland, Chelsea, and Man Utd. Back Gordon to build on that eye-catching run with another goal. He's worth a play in the anytime scorer market.

Tip: Gordon to score @ 3.25 (bet365)

Bet explanation: You need Anthony Gordon to score in Sunday's trip to London.

Nottingham Forest vs Aston Villa, Sunday, 11:00pm AEST

Nottingham Forest vs Aston Villa
Nottingham Forest vs Aston VillaFlashscore

We head to the City Ground for Nottingham Forest vs Aston Villa. The Tricky Trees start down in 16th, uncomfortably close to the relegation zone. They've lost two and drawn three of six, but did win last time. Interestingly, Forest were the only club from the bottom nine to win their last outing. Another victory would offer some much-needed breathing space.

Aston Villa beat Nottingham Forest 3-1 at Villa Park earlier this year. That comfortable win means Unai Emery's side haven't lost to Sunday's opponents in two, going back to last April. The visitors return to action in fourth, five points ahead of Liverpool in fifth, and just a point shy of Man Utd in third. They beat West Ham 2-0 in Birmingham before the break.

Neither side boast impressive stats. Aston Villa are higher in the table, but were in Bologna for a Europa League quarter-final on Friday morning. There will be a few tired legs in the away camp as they face their second away match in three days. Thankfully, the H2H gives us something concrete to follow. Both teams scored in each of the last four meetings.

Tip: Both teams to score @ 1.75 (bet365)

Bet explanation: Forest and Villa must score at least one goal each in Sunday night's meeting.

Chelsea vs Man City, Monday, 1:30am AEST

Chelsea vs Man City
Chelsea vs Man CityFlashscore

I've saved the best for last. Chelsea welcome Manchester City to Stamford Bridge in the main attraction. The Blues have won only one of their last six, a run that has dragged them down to sixth place. Their title hopes are long gone, but Chelsea know they must fight hard for a place in the top four and next season's Champions League. A home win would help.

Man City arrive in London four places above their opponents in the league, with 13 more points on the board. Pep Guardiola's team are in stunning form, winning four and drawing two of six. That purple patch has allowed City to stay within striking distance of leaders Arsenal, ready to pounce on any errors. An away win is a strong pre-game betting favourite.

The form of both clubs points us towards an away win, and I'm happy to follow. It has been another frustrating season for everyone at Stamford Bridge. They suffered a heavy defeat in the Champions League, changed managers, and won't get anywhere near the title. City haven't lost to Chelsea in a dozen meetings. That's more than good enough for us.

Tip: Man City to win @ 2.10 (bet365)

Bet explanation: You'll make a profit from this bet if Man City beat Chelsea.
