The 27-year-old joined FCCopenhagen in the summer of 2023 from Viborg FF and played 117 matches in the white shirt, scoring 12 goals and providing 28 assists.
He represented the club in the Champions League and won the Superliga and Danish Cup while in the capital. In the 2023/24 season, Achouri set a new club record for F.C. Copenhagen with 14 assists – the most in the Superliga that season.
“I am very grateful for the time I have had in Copenhagen,” says Achouri.
“There have been so many magical moments along the way. I will always remember the feeling of walking onto the pitch in Parken against Bayern Munich, Galatasaray and Napoli with the best fans in the world behind me. Those memories will always be with me."

The playmaker will be remembered, among other things, as the club’s assist king and a quite memorable moment in the Champions League at the Estadio de la Cerámica against Villarreal. Achouri put F.C. Copenhagen 2-1 up with his very first touch after coming on as a substitute.
Achouri will be introduced to fans at Snapdragon Stadium before kickoff against FC Dallas on Saturday.
