Judging from statistics, Denmark are facing a challenging night when they clash with Scotland at Hampden Park tonight in the crucial World Cup qualifier which will determine who finishes first and second in Group C.

If you delve into the statistics, it reveals that the Scottish national arena is actually a bit of a horror ground for the Danish national team, who have only one win to show for eight matches at Hampden Park throughout history.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg knows what's in store for the Danes Tuesday night at Hampden Park.

"I'm really looking forward to it. On top of the disappointing result we got against Belarus, I experience a little extra motivation, where we can put things in place", says Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg to Bold.dk.

The Olympique Marseille defensive midfielder expects a close and even match at Hampden Park.

"I expect 54,000 Scots will do everything they can to push their team towards the World Cup. After all, it is the first time since 1998 that they can secure entry to a World Cup finals", says the Danish national team captain.
