The FA Cup fourth-round draw took place after Manchester United defeated Arsenal on penalties, serving up some exciting fixtures for the next round.
United were reduced to 10 men in their third-round tie but managed to take the game to penalties after a 1-1 draw following extra-time and secured their spot in the next stage of the competition following Joshua Zirkzee's winning spot-kick.
Elsewhere, Manchester City will travel to either Derby or Leyton Orient following their 8-0 thrashing of Salford while Liverpool will visit Plymouth - who upset Brentford with their first away win all season in the third round.
Spurs needed extra-time to overcome non-league Tamworth and will face Aston Villa in the next round.
Other standout ties include League One leaders Birmingham hosting Newcastle and Brighton welcoming Premier League rivals Chelsea.
Premier League clubs Everton and Bournemouth will clash in the fourth round while Ipswich, Southampton and Wolves will all face Championship opposition.
