Bresee, 24, underwent testing after leaving the Saints' practice on Wednesday. Initial reaction after practice was that he tore his ACL before the team confirmed it.
The former Clemson lineman had previously torn his left ACL back in 2021. He's only missed two games in his three years with the Saints after they selected him 29th overall in the 2023 NFL Draft.
He finished this past season with 37 tackles, eight quarterback hits, five tackles for loss, three pass deflections, and 2.5 sacks in 15 games.
