The Visma, a former Tour de France and Vuelta a Espana champion, went away alongside Felix Gall with 2.4 kilometres to go of the 184-kilometre day, and after the pair had passed lone raider, Guilio Ciccone, he attacked in the final metres to win his second summit finish of the race.
Gall, second to Vingegaard on Blockhaus two days ago, finished in the same place on Sunday, whilst Maglia Rosa wearer, Eulalio, fought valiantly to limit his losses, seeing him head into the rest day in pink.
Gall lost 12 seconds, whilst Davide Piganzoli finished third on the stage to cement Visma's superiority at this race.
Eulalio leads the general classification by two minutes and 24 seconds to Vingegaard, with Gall a further 35 seconds back.
Earlier in the day, a fast and furious pace was set as the break tried to get established. Ciccone deliberately lost time on Saturday, dropping out of the race for the overall win in search of stage success, and finally got clear with more than 60km to go alongside Diego Ulissi and Toon Aerts. After catching and passing the original break, he shook off rival Einer Rubio and went for broke, but once Vingegaard and Gall got going, the Italian's race was run.
"Again, they don't want me up there from the start," Ciccone said.
"I spent quite a lot to try. It was annoying the tempo in the bunch, and I had nothing to lose, so on the small kick, I tried to jump because the breakaway was close. I was feeling quite good on the last climb, but it wasn't enough."
The Giro has a rest day on Monday, before a 42-kilometre individual time trial on Tuesday from Viareggio to Massa.
