The Baltimore Ravens hired Declan Doyle as the team's new offensive coordinator on Friday.

Doyle made his NFL offensive coordinator debut this season with the Chicago Bears - a team that finished with the sixth-best overall offence and No. 9 scoring offence.

The 29-year-old Doyle is the same age as Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson. Now, under the new Jesse Minter regime, the Ravens are ushering in a young and talented era as their coaching staff continues to build this offseason.

Prior to this season in Chicago, Doyle was the tight ends coach for the Denver Broncos (2023-2024) and offensive assistant coach for the New Orleans Saints (2019-2022).
