The Panthers (8-8) can win the NFC South with a win over the Bucs (7-9) or an Atlanta Falcons (7-9) win over the New Orleans Saints (6-10).
Tampa Bay will win the NFC South with a win against the Panthers and a Saints win over the Falcons.
Over in the NFC West, the winner between the 49ers (12-4) and Seahawks (13-3) will not only claim the division title, but also the No. 1 seed in the NFC, granting them a first-round bye in the playoffs.
San Fran will be donning their all-black Rivalries uniforms for the matchup.
Now, let's get into our experts' picks!
Panthers @ Buccaneers
Paul: Panthers 27-17 Buccaneers
The battle for the worst division in the NFL will go the way of the best-performing team of the two. The Buccaneers have been regressing for weeks, and after last week’s loss to the Dolphins, I lost all faith in Todd Bowles and his guys.
The Panthers have got something going on with Dave Canales and Bryce Young. They're taking the NFC South title.
Give me Austin Corbett’s Panthers!
Eric: Buccaneers 27-26 Panthers
The Bucs have been absolutely god awful in the second half of the season, going 1-7 after starting the year 6-2.
As for the Panthers, they've alternated one win and one loss in 10 straight games now, going 5-5 (3-2 on the road). They beat Tampa 23-20 a couple of weeks ago, and can definitely pull it off again
But with the season on the line, I'm betting on Bucs QB Baker Mayfield to get things done at home.
Miguel: Buccaneers 28-21 Panthers
A dreadful end to the regular season has allowed Carolina to overtake Tampa Bay at the top of the NFC South, but that shouldn’t stop the Bucs from rising to the occasion at the decisive moment to claim the last available playoff spot in the NFC South.
Playing at home and backed by their fans, Tampa has everything it takes to win this crucial divisional matchup.
Seahawks @ 49ers
Paul: Seahawks 31-29 49ers
The fight for the NFC West title is going to the bitter end, and I mean all the way.
The Seahawks' defence is on another level right now, while the same can be said for Brock Purdy and Christian McCaffrey, who have a path to the Super Bowl in front of them that'd see them stay in Santa Clara all the way.
It’s going to be a titanic showdown at Levi’s, but one I think will go the way of the more complete team, because in order for the 49ers to win, they need to overcome their defense and score 30 minimum.
Give me Rashid Shaheed’s Seahawks!
Eric: 49ers 36-29 Seahawks
San Fran won the first matchup of the season during Week 1 when they were in Seattle, but it's been a long season since then. However, with both teams tearing it up on their own respective win streaks, this could be a Game of the Year candidate when all is said and done.
As tempting as that 7-1 road record the Seahawks have is in terms of picking them for this game, I think the Niners get it down in front of the home crowd. It's just too poetic a way to end their season that has suffered a ton from injuries.
McCaffrey, Purdy, and company will find a way to get it done.
Miguel: 49ers 35-23 Seahawks
This is going to be a spectacular battle for first place in the NFC in the final week of the NFL regular season. The 49ers and Seahawks come into the game with identical six-game winning streaks with both their offences on a tear.
I’m giving the win to San Francisco because of the ability they have shown throughout the season to overcome difficult moments, especially injuries, on top of star power, starting with McCaffrey.
