Saturday's draw of the men's bracket of the Libema Open in 's-Hertogenbosch produced an all-Dutch first-round clash between top-ranked Tallon Griekspoor and Botic van de Zandschulp.

Griekspoor (ATP-41 following the French Open) and Van de Zandschulp (ATP-55), the two highest-ranked Dutch players in the ATP Rankings, will face each other for just the fourth time on the ATP Tour, with their most recent meeting coming at the clay tournament in Montpellier in January 2025.

The pair met just once on home soil - Griekspoor beat Van de Zandschulp at the Amersfoort Challenger in 2019, after which the top-ranked Dutchman beat Van de Zandschulp twice in three ATP Tour meetings.

Griekspoor and Van de Zandschulp will play each other on Monday, June 8th or Tuesday, June 9th,, in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Elsewhere in the draw, Dutch talent Mees Rottgering has been drawn against a qualifier. The 18-year-old, who'll play in an ATP Tour event for just the third time after featuring at the last two ABN AMRO Open tournaments in Rotterdam, will find out who his opponent will be after Sunday.

Dutch qualifier Thijs Boogaard, who debuted on the ATP Tour against Stan Wawrinka in Rotterdam earlier this year, will face Chinese Yibing Wu (ATP-92) in the opening round in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Eye catchers in the men's bracket are the matchups between Hubert Hurkacz-Marton Fucsovics, Denis Shapovalov-Marin Cilic, and Zhizhen Zhang-Jenson Brooksby. Title holder Gabriel Diallo was drawn against veteran Adrian Mannarino.

Felix Auger-Aliassime, Daniil Medvedev, Arthur Rinderknech, and Alex de Minaur will start the tournament in the second round.

Lamens out for revenge

In the women's draw, Suzan Lamens was drawn against Australian Open opponent Anastasia Potapova. The Russian-born Austrian player eliminated Lamens in Melbourne after coming back from an impossible position, with Lamens serving for the match up 5-1 in the second set.

Lamens, now ranked 128th, told the organisation that she's out for revenge against Potapova: "I was well ahead of her at the Australian Open, but I still ended up losing the match. This is a great opportunity to get my revenge here at the Libema Open."

Reigning Libema Open champion Elise Mertens will open her title defence against Bianca Andreescu.

Danish star Clara Tauson will face 17-year-old Mia Pihankova, while top-seed Ekaterina Alexandrova was drawn against Panne Udvardy from Hungary. Former Wimbledon champion Barbora Krejcikova will face Renata Zarazua.
