Key updates to keep you informed:

07:20 CET - Before we get stuck into Saturday's action, let's recap all the drama from what was a packed Friday night...

The standout result yesterday was surely LaLiga giants Real Madrid dropping more points, this time via a disappointing 1-1 draw at home against Girona. That meant Barcelona have the chance to go a whole nine points clear at the summit today in the derby against Espanyol. That could be the title race all but done!

In Serie A, Roma thumped struggling Pisa 3-0 to keep the heat on Como and Juventus, who currently occupy fourth and fifth spots in the standings. Atalanta are also in the frame for the race for the Champions League places in Italy, and that looks to be going down to the wire. As mentioned above, La Dea host the Old Lady this evening.

Speaking of European places, Marseille drove back into Ligue 1's top three with a 3-1 win over Metz on Friday, while previously red-hot Monaco were stunned 4-1 by Paris FC in a real blow to their Champions League hopes.

In the Premier League, West Ham thrashed rock-bottom Wolves 4-0 to leap out of the bottom three, at least for the time being. While in the Bundesliga, Augsburg and Hoffenheim played out an entertaining 2-2 draw.
