Fenerbahce confirm signing of Senegal teenager Amara Diouf on five-year deal

Turkish club ⁠Fenerbahce have signed Senegalese football ‌player Amara Diouf on ‌a five-year ‌deal, the club ‌said on Wednesday.

Diouf, who ‌recently turned 18 and plays ‌for the Senegal ⁠national ‌team, was the ​top goalscorer at the 2023 ​Under-17 Africa Cup of Nations, netting ⁠five ​times and helping win the title before being selected ‌by manager Aliou Cisse in the national team.

On June 19, Fenerbahce also signed Kosovo international striker Vedat Muriqi from ‌Spanish side Mallorca ​on a three-year ‌contract, the club said. The 32-year-old forward previously played for Fenerbahce.
