The hosts, Athletic Bilbao, make two changes from the side that lost 1-0 at home to Alaves at the weekend, with Maroan Sannadi leading the line after coming on at the hour mark on Saturday.
Talisman Nico Williams remains out injured, which is a setback, but one they would have prepared for in training this week.
The visitors Arsenal hand Champions League debuts to new signings Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze, whilst striker Viktor Gyokeres makes his first Champions League appearance for the Gunners, having previously starred for Sporting.

16:30 CET - Hello and welcome to our live coverage of the first week of the UEFA Champions League for 2025/26. Today, the league phase of Europe's premier competition begins with six matches, followed by six more tomorrow and a further six on Thursday.
There's plenty to enjoy this evening with Arsenal and PSV in early action from 18:45 CET, and Real Madrid, Tottenham and Juventus all paying from 21:00 CET.
