Speaking of his move, Amougou said: "I'm very happy, it's an honour for me to sign for such a big club like Chelsea. They believe in young players and the process they have in place to develop us is fantastic."
15:04 CET - CONFIRMED - Just 15 hours after the transfer deadline, Joao Felix (25) has been announced as an AC Milan player on loan from Chelsea for the rest of the season. They will pay his full wages but there does not seem to be an option to buy. An old-fashioned straight loan.

The attacking midfielder is David Moyes' first signing in his second tenure with the Toffees. He has previously played for Southampton in England's top flight and more recently won the Copa Libertadores for his parent club.

Sporting director Matt Hobbs said of the new recruit: “Central defence is an area we’ve been looking to strengthen this window and Nasser is a player we believe can strengthen the squad, both in the short and longer term.

Riccardo Sottil has joined them from Fiorentina on loan for the rest of the campaign with an option to buy. A nice detail of the transfer - he will wear the number 99 shirt - a shot in the eye of all football purists.
00:50 CET - SPECULATION - Although the 'major' windows in Europe have now shut, there is still time - until tomorrow in fact - for teams in the Netherlands to make deals.
One of those on the move is Tyrell Malacia (25), who according to Alex Crook, has landed on home soil for a medical with PSV, where he is set to join on loan for the rest of the season from Manchester United.
