The second-round action continues at Wimbledon today, with Jannik Sinner, Iga Swiatek and Novak Djokovic all taking to the famous grass courts of the All England Club.

22:33 CET - Bizarre scenes in the last match of the day between Ben Shelton and Rinky Hijikata. With the American leading 6-2, 7-5, 5-4 and set to serve to complete the victory, the contest has been called off due to the darkness. Could Wimbledon just not have let them play what was potentially the final game?

21:25 CET - The seeds keep tumbling, but Jannik Sinner keeps showcasing just why he is the world number one. The Italian produced a typically stunning and ruthless performance, crushing Aleksandar Vukic in an hour and 40 minutes, 6-1, 6-1, 6-3.

Meanwhile, his fellow Italian Lorenzo Sonego and Daria Kasatkina have also progressed to the third round after straight-set wins.

20:51 CET - Clara Tauson has outlasted Anna Kalinskaya after a thrilling second-set tiebreak, beating the Russian 6-3, 7-6(10) to book her spot in the third round.

20:35 CET - Former Wimbledon finalist and US Open champion Marin Cilic has rolled back the years at the age of 36, producing a seismic upset to defeat world number four and British hope Jack Draper, 6-4, 6-3, 1-6, 6-4 with an incredible performance.

The Croat has struggled with injury and hasn't played at Wimbledon for four years, but still managed to produce a display like that.

20:29 CET - Yet another big seed topples at Wimbledon, with 13th seed Tommy Paul suffering a shock defeat at the hands of world number 165, Sebastian Ofner, losing 1-6, 7-5, 6-4, 7-5 in just under three hours.

20:12 CET - August Holmgren is through to the third round after saving three match points against Tomas Machac to outlast the Czech 7-6(5), 6-7(8), 6-7(5), 7-5, 7-6(5).

Meanwhile, on the women's side of the tournament, Jessica Bouzas Maneiro has dumped out 28th seed Sofia Kenin, with the Spaniard winning 6-1, 7-6(4).

19:55 CET - Spain's Pedro Martinez is through to the third round after seeing off Mariano Navone in straight sets, 7-5, 7-5, 7-6(6).

19:18 CET - Five-time major champion Iga Swiatek has avoided a potential upset this evening, battling from a set down to see off Caty McNally 5-7, 6-2, 6-1 in two hours and 27 minutes.

Meanwhile, on the men's side of the tournament, Brandon Nakashima has beaten compatriot Reilly Opelka in four sets, 7-5, 6-2, 6-7(6), 6-3.

19:04 CET - Dayana Yastremska has followed up her first-round victory over Coco Gauff with an incredibly close-fought win against Anastasia Zakharova this evening. The Ukrainian triumphed 5-7, 7-5, 7-6(8).

18:32 CET - Women's 19th seed Liudmila Samsonova has eased into the third round after thrashing Yuliia Starodubtseva 6-2, 6-1 in just 72 minutes.

18:20 CET - Defending women's champion Barbora Krejcikova is safely through, with the Czech coming out on top in a topsy-turvy contest to beat Caroline Dolehide 6-4, 3-6, 6-2.

18:13 CET - Belinda Bencic is the latest woman through to the third round after the Swiss recovered from a set down to defeat Elsa Jacquemot 4-6, 6-1, 6-2.

17:32 CET - Grigor Dimitrov is through to the third round at Wimbledon for the seventh time in his career, with the Bulgarian seeing off the mercurial Corentin Moutet in four sets, 7-5, 4-6, 7-5, 7-5.

17:16 CET - Former champion Elena Rybakina has booked her spot in the third round after an emphatic 6-3, 6-1 win over Maria Sakkari.

Ekaterina Alexandrova is also through at the All England Club, with the 18th seed dismantling Suzan Lamens in straight sets, 6-4, 6-0.

16:40 CET - Danielle Collins is through to the third round after a fairly routine 6-4, 6-1 triumph over Veronika Erjavec, while Haily Baptiste has also progressed thanks to a 7-6(6), 6-3 victory against Canadian teen Victoria Mboko.

16:28 CET - Seven-time champion Novak Djokovic has laid down a statement on Centre Court this afternoon, sweeping aside Brit Dan Evans 6-3, 6-2, 6-0 in just an hour and 49 minutes.

Elsewhere on the men's side of the tournament, Jaume Munar and Luciano Darderi have progressed after straight-set victories.

15:55 CET - After both their matches were suspended last night due to darkness, Jan-Lennard Struff and Arthur Rinderknech managed to get over the line today to reach the third round

15:41 CET - Seventh seed and 18-year-old Mirra Andreeva was pushed in the second set by Lucia Bronzetti, but her quality told as she clinched a 6-1, 7-6(4) win in the Wimbledon second round.

15:21 CET - Jessica Pegula's conqueror, Elisabetta Cocciaretto, has backed up that win in style, claiming a crushing 6-0, 6-4 victory over Katie Volynets to reach the third round.

15:00 CET - Despite losing the first set, Alex De Minaur powered back in style, sealing a 4-6, 6-2, 6-4, 6-0 win over Arthur Cazaux.

19-year-old Jakub Mensik also progressed to the third round after being given a real tough test by Marcos Giron, winning 6-4, 3-6, 6-4, 7-6(4) in just under three hours.

14:30 CET - It is time for some centre court action, with seven-time Wimbledon champion Novak Djokovic taking on one of the home favourites, Dan Evans.

14:28 CET - Miomir Kecmanovic had to battle from a set down to overcome Jesper de Jong, 1-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-4 and book his spot in the third round.

14:06 CET - Zeynep Sonmez's incredible Wimbledon run continues, winning 7-5, 7-5 against Xinyu Wang. As a result, she has become the first Turkish player in history - men or women - to reach the third round of a Grand Slam.

Meanwhile, Flavio Cobolli and Alejandro Davidovich Fokina have both claimed victories to move into the third round.

Today’s Centre Court action sees seven-time champion Novak Djokovic come up against home favourite Dan Evans at 14:30 CET, before Iga Swiatek takes on Caty McNally and men’s top seed Jannik Sinner faces Aleksandar Vukic.

Elsewhere, Jack Draper continues his tournament against former finalist Marin Cilic on Court One, while Elena Rybakina, Mirra Andreeva and Tommy Paul are among the other big names in action.
