Fils will face Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-finals, while Holger Rune will take on Karen Khachanov on the other side of the draw.

13:08 CET - Karen Khachanov is the first man to reach the semi-finals in Barcelona after beating in-form Alejandro Davidovich Fokina 6-4, 7-5.
