It's quarter-final day in Dubai and Doha with Iga Swiatek (23) and Carlos Alcaraz (21) among those looking to move into the final four of the respective tournaments.

23:05 CET - There have been a couple of results from the last 16 in Rio, with both Camilo Ugo Carabelli (25) and Jaime Faria (21) claiming victories.

21:51 CET - Jack Draper (23) has just produced a tremendous display in Doha, battling back from a set down to seal a brilliant 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 victory over Matteo Berrettini (28). He will face Jiri Lehecka (23) in the semis tomorrow.

19:04 CET - Jiri Lehecka (23) has snatched an incredible win in Doha, stunning No. 1 seed Carlos Alcaraz (21) 6-3, 3-6, 6-4 to continue his brilliant start to the season and claim the biggest victory of his career. The Czech has lost just one fully completed match this season and already has a title to his name

Lehecka was a break down in the third set but fought back to reel off four straight games for the win.

18:59 CET - Karolina Muchova (28) is into her first WTA 1000 semi-final of the season after overcoming a valiant effort from Sorana Cirstea (34) - who had to play two matches and four and a half hours of tennis yesterday. The Czech claimed a 6-2, 7-5 victory and will face Clara Tauson (22) in the last four.

17:10 CET - Sixth seed Elena Rybakina (25) is into the Dubai semi-finals thanks to a comfortable 6-2, 7-6 win over Sofia Kenin (26).

16:20 CET - Felix Auger-Aliassime (24) has very swiftly moved into the Doha semi-finals after his opponent, Daniil Medvedev (29), retired from their match quite suddenly with illness after losing the first set 6-3. A sad, but also a bit of a bizarre ending.

15:22 CET - Andrey Rublev (27) is through to the semis in Doha after winning an absolute thriller against second seed Alex De Minaur (26). The Russian failed to convert his first seven match points in the final set but finally won 6-1, 3-6, 7-6 after almost three hours.

14:57 CET - Clara Tauson's (22) stunning start to 2025 continues with the young Dane beating Linda Noskova (20) 7-6, 6-4 to move into the semi-finals in Doha.

12:52 CET - Well, we have started the day with a big upset; second seed Iga Swiatek (23) has lost her quarter-final in Dubai to Russian Mirra Andreeva (17)!

The 12th-ranked teen won the match 6-3, 6-3 in just over 90 minutes to book the first semi-final spot at the tournament and her first WTA 1000 final-four appearance. With Swiatek's loss, the top five seeds are all out.

09:00 CET - Today's action in Dubai will begin in two hours when world number two Iga Swiatek (23) goes up against Mirra Andreeva (17) in the first quarter-final.

The first match of the day in Doha meanwhile will see second seed Alex De Minaur (26) take on Andrey Rublev (27) at 12:30 CET.

After that, the last Brazilian standing was knocked out when Thiago Monteiro (30) lost 6-7, 6-3, 7-6 to Chun Hsin Tseng.
