There's plenty at stake in today's tennis with tournaments coming to an end in Linz, Montpellier and Singapore along with the first round of Davis Cup qualifying.

23:30 CET - In the final Davis Cup match of the day, and of the round, Hungary's Marton Fucsovics (32) beat Canada's Alexis Galarneau (25) 7-6, 6-4 to seal a 3-2 win in the tie and send his country into the second qualifying round!

20:45 CET - One more result from the Davis Cup qualifiers as Belgium defeated Chile despite the winning match being in slightly bizarre circumstances.

Belgium's Zizou Bergs (25) was awarded the win against Chile's Cristian Garin (28). The Chilean didn't return to court after an accidental collision at the change of ends between the two players stopped the match.

Play was then scheduled to resume before Chile received three consecutive time violations. This resulted in a game penalty which awarded Bergs the deciding set, 7-5.

18:20 CET - Moving over to the Davis Cup qualifiers, Spain and France - who both held commanding 2-0 leads overnight in their respective ties - have cruised into the next round of the competition with further wins today.
