Bonitto's deal, which includes $70 million in guaranteed money, is worth $106 million but can reach $120 million with incentives. It'll keep Bonitto on the team through the 2029 season.
The deal makes it the largest for a non-quarterback in Denver Broncos history.
Denver also signed other standout stars Zach Allen (DT) to a four-year, $102 million extension and Courtland Sutton (WR) to a four-year, $92 million extension prior to the start of the new season.
Bonitto led the Broncos with 13.5 sacks last season, a career-high, while ranking 24th out of 210 defensive ends last season with an overall 77.5 grade.
The 25-year-old earned Second-Team All-Pro honours after last season and was selected to his first Pro Bowl in a season he also put up a career high in tackles (48), tackles for loss (16), quarterback hits (24), pass deflections (4), forced fumbles (2), and even recorded his first ever interception - also for a touchdown.
Bonitto was selected in the second round of the 2022 NFL draft by the Broncos and, after serving as a backup his first two season, he flourished in 2024 as a starter.
Denver's season will start on September 7th against the Tennessee Titans.
