Denver Nuggets forward Peyton Watson (22) will be out for four weeks indefinitely with a right knee sprain, according to the team.
Watson, in his third year with the Nuggets, is averaging per game 8.1 points, 3.4 rebounds, 1.5 assists, and 1.5 blocks (all career-highs) in 48 games.
Watson was part of the Nuggets 2023 championship team and earned the nickname Peyton "Swat"son after his athletic blocking ability.
The Nuggets are currently 30-19 and rank fourth in the Western Conference, nine games back of first-place Oklahoma City Thunder.
