Major League Baseball's Opening Weekend is almost at its end and with that came a mountain's worth of highlights! But rather than giving you an endless list of scrolling, we narrowed it down to the 10 best from this weekend.

Opening Day for the MLB began on March 27th, with most teams' first series running until Sunday, March 30th.

And, as always, there was much to scream about, depending on which team you root for.

10. Nick Martinez behind the back

With many amazing fielding highlights, it was hard to narrow it down to a few.

But this one by pitcher Nick Martinez is worthy of being on this list.

9. Pinch-hit...pitcher?

In his first major league at-bat, pitcher - yes you read that right - Ryne Nelson was brought in as a pinch-hitter then smacked an RBI single up the middle.

Nelson is the first pitcher to record a hit since the universal designated hitter (DH) was integrated in 2022.

8. Mackenzie Gore's historic start

MacKenzie Gore had the best start of any pitcher throughout Opening Weekend.

He joined Hall of Fame legend Bob Gibson as the only two pitchers in American League/National League history to record 13 strikeouts and no walks in an Opening Day shutout start.

7. Conine's weekend

Not only did the Marlins have a great Opening Weekend, but Griffin Conine specifically.

On top of a game-tying home run during the same game his father, Jeff Conine, was inducted into the Marlins Hall of Fame, Griffin also had the weekend's top home run robbery!

6. First home run, first walk-off

Not only did Tampa Bay Rays' Kameron Misner hit a walk-off in the team's first game of the season, but it was also Misner's first major league home run!

5. Mookie Betts walk-off

After missing the Tokyo Series due to illness and losing around 20 pounds in weight due to not being able to eat any solid food, none of it stopped Mookie Betts from hitting a walk-off home run in extra innings!

4. Orioles six home runs

The Baltimore Orioles tied a franchise-record six home runs on Opening Day while outfielder Tyler O'Neill extended his MLB record Opening Day home run streak to six!

3. Padres, Cardinals sweeping starts

After giving up just one hit in the fourth game of the series against the Atlanta Braves, the San Diego Padres sweep the series to start 4-0 for just the second time in franchise history!

The first time? In 1984 - the same season they went on to win the National League pennant.

Meanwhile, in St. Louis, the Cardinals scored 19 runs and hit five home runs, three in the final game, to join the Padres as one of four teams (Yankees, Dodgers) to remain undefeated following Opening Weekend!

The Cardinals bullpen gave up just one one in 11 innings.

2. Miami three walk-off wins

The Miami Marlins took three of four games from the Pittsburgh Pirates during Opening Day weekend and they all came in the form of walk-offs!

Don't look now but the Marlins currently sit atop of the NL East division.

1. Bronx Bombers

The New York Yankees not only put up nine home runs in one game (franchise record) against the Milwaukee Brewers but also tied the MLB record with 15 total home runs in the first three games of the season.

Could the torpedo bats be the secret?
