The 11th week (June 16th to June 22nd) of the 2025 MLB season is over with and it was headlined by the bats of Juan Soto and Nick Kurtz!

As always, the highlights this week will be divided into the following categories: history, walk-offs, home runs, fielding, and pitching!

History (x3)

Kansas City Royals star catcher Salvador Perez made franchise history with his two-home-run game last week, surpassing the legendary George Brett for the most multi-home run games in franchise history!

Washington Nationals rookie Brady House left his family emotional this past week after he recorded his first-ever career hit in the big leagues!

New York Mets star Juan Soto earned his career 1,000th hit this past week at just 26 years old!

Milwaukee Brewers rookie starting pitcher Jacob Misiorowski made history last week after throwing 11 straight innings without a single hit, making him the first pitcher since 1900 to win more games (2) in his first two starts than hits allowed (1).

Walk-Offs (x6)

Athletics young star Nick Kurtz continues his amazing rookie season - this time with yet another walk-off home run!

Oh, by the way, Kurtz did it twice!

Walk-off home runs are a common occurrence throughout the season. There's at least a couple every week. But a walk-off with back-to-back home runs? Now that's a sight to behold for Blue Jays fans!

The Dodgers have a lot ot cheer for these days, including this walk-off oppo-taco from catcher Will Smith!

James Wood continues not just to be the best young hitter on the Washington Nationals, but one of the best in the entire league.

Watch as he sent this one above the clouds for a walk-off home run from last week!

It may not have been the hardest hit ball in the walk-off we've seen this season, but that's all that the San Diego Padres needed from Jose Iglesias!

Home Runs (x8)

Colorado Rockies star catcher Hunter Goodman made sure to keep his team alive in the bottom of the ninth with his second homer of the game!

Mariners star catcher Cal Raleigh has continued to show why he's currently the best power hitter in baseball - deserving his own 10-minute spot this past week after breaking history and becoming the first batter to reach 30 home runs four weeks before the All-Star break!

Raleigh isn't the only Mariners catcher hitting bombs - Mitch Garver reached a milestone this past week after hitting his 100th career home run!

Garver wasn't the only one hitting that same milestone as Nationals' Nathaniel Lowe did the exact same with a bomb of his own!

To add to milestone home runs this past week, Arizona Diamondbacks' Eugenio Suarez blasted this one for his 300th career home run!

Detroit Tigers outfielder Javy Baez continues to have a great season as he put up a pair of homers this past week!

Kansas City Royals rookie and top prospect Jac Caglionone hit his first career home run this past week (followed up by another in the same game) - and it was thrown in a spot players should not be able to hit home runs from!

Dodgers' Max Muncy was all power this past week after hitting two home runs in the same game - and one of them was a grand slam!

Pitching (x3)

Baltimore Orioles starting pitcher Dean Kremer recorded his 500th strikeout this past week in what is his sixth year in the big leagues!

Atlanta Braves starting pitcher Chris Sale has reemerged as one of the game's best pitchers after he put on a clinic last week before heading to the injured list with a fractured rib.

Clarke Schmidt didn't throw a complete-game no-hitter, but seven no-hit innings out of him was all that the New York Yankees last week!

Fielding (x6)

Byron Buxton continues to show everyone why he's one of the game's best outfielders after robbing a home run like it was no big deal!

But not only did he rob one, he hit a homer as well!

Chicago White Sox right fielder Michael Taylor was sure to show off his hops as he brought back what would've been a home run by Ivan Herrera!

Jump throws are one of the hardest moves in baseball to pull off, especially as a shortstop.

But Astros' Jeremy Pena made it look incredibly easy last week!

All it took was one step for Baltimore Orioles right fielder Ramon Laureano to throw this frozen rope to home plate to get the out and end the inning!

Detroit Tigers left fielder Riley Greene continued to be the team's human highlight reel!

Caglionone is not only hitting home runs as a rookie, he's robbing them, too!
