NFL star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr, who is currently without a team, has been accepted a suspension of six games by the league as he failed a drug test.

Beckham confirmed this on "The Pivot Podcast" on Tuesday, claiming the ban came from a test he took last season while playing with the Miami Dolphins. While being told he had high testosterone levels, he was clear in stating he never advertently took any performance-enhancing drugs.

"You can say whatever you want about me," said Beckham. "I stand firm in knowing who I am today. I ain't never cheated anybody but myself. I'm going to stand on that and I'm going to keep it going."

The suspension came into effect on Tuesday, meaning Beckham cannot take the field for an NFL side before Week 12, which is November 20-24.

"You're going to see me, maybe with the Steelers or the Rams or if the Chiefs want to call me," the 32-year-old said when asked about which teams he would like to join. "Then I'll be playing in a Super Bowl this year."

The former LSU tiger is a three-time Pro Bowl selection, all coming during his time with the New York Giants. He stayed there from 2014-2018, before three season with the Cleveland Browns (2019-2021), then time with the Los Angeles Rams (2021), Baltimore Ravens (2023), and Miami Dolphins (2024). He won the Super Bowl with the Rams in his only season there.

In 10 seasons in the NFL, Beckham has 575 receptions for 7,987 yards and 59 touchdowns.
