According to head coach Brain Daboll, Lock underwent an MRI of his shoulder on Monday and the results came back negative, showing no damage.
Lock is 0-3 as a starter for the Giants this year after taking the number one spot following Daniel Jones' release. The five-year veteran has thrown for 624 yards and one touchdown with four interceptions this season.
Lock signed a one-year, $5 million deal with the Giants that included a $2 million signing bonus with $4.95 million guaranteed. He is set to become an unrestricted free agent after the season.
The Giants are currently on a historic pace as they have now lost a franchise-record 10 straight games. Sitting at 2-13 with two games left, Colts (December 29th) and Philadelphia Eagles (January 5th), New York could be eyeballing the number one overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
